Until recently I would rate heating improvements as 5 stars. However, the real test of a company is when you have a problem. A radiator I’d had installed was coming away from the wall. After several calls the installer came to look. He said he would pop round after work the following week. He didn’t. Another call and was told he was very busy but they would check. No call back. So call again. This time I was informed you had spoken to installer and my plasterboard was damp. I said you were talking bal lards. At this you tell me you are a nice person and don’t like been sworn at. I explained the plaster wasn’t damp at which you told me the plasterboard was weak. I was stood by said plasterboard so you now said it was also installed too far from the wall. Clearly you didn’t want to do the job. Quick enough to quote for jobs and take payment but not fix mistakes. Well, I’ve had the radiator removed. The fault was your installer, he had miss drilled one hole and then drilled two more holes so instead of 2 separate holes there were 3 in a row. This resulted in the raw plugs having no grip in the wall. The plasterboard wasn’t damp, it isn’t weak and it has a gap of 12mm. Found a decent plumber who removed radiator, I fixed wall , plumber came back and reinstalled . His total time 80 mins. So for 80 mins work that you couldn’t be bothered to fix your mistakes you have lost 9 years of servicing and future work.So if you want a prompt initial service at a competitive price this is the place for you but don’t expect any support if faults occur

I had a new boiler fitter at the end of November. Very professional, cleared all the old boiler away and left my house very clean and tidy. Overall very happy with the service received.They even came out to check my boiler as I had concerns, this gave me 100% reassurance that the boiler was working with a few tweaks. Would recommend this company for future work.

Pay on your credit card, so you can claim under section 75 to put the installation right like I had to.Leaving installation in a dangerous condition, gas pipes being held down by floorboards. Pipes rubbing together. Also report from vallient said things to do.Will be reporting to gas safe after the holidays. No it not an illusion the left pipe has a bend if about 1cm and on the right about 2 cm out of plumb. I made a claim under section 75 and now have had some of the work out right. You did put right some things. But only after I proposed that we let gas safe decide.But the pipes above the boards, the bent chrome pipe(approx 1cm) the other out of plumb (approx 2cm) is down to poor workmanship.

I had a full gas central heating system fitted. Ahmed came to do the Quote, he was polite and talked me through everything.He advised and guided me on placement of boiler and radiators, as I’m short of wall space in my home and didn’t want radiators under my windows.2 weeks later Dan,Simran,and Shami turned up promptly and on time to fit my system, These guys were amazing, extremely hard working individuals, who considering the hot weather we’ve had, didn’t slow down for a moment. My system was fitted in 2 Days. Definitely Recomended this company. Excellent value for Money on heating system. Fitted by professionals. Thank you

We had a Viessmann Vitodens 050 and a Drayton Wiser wireless thermostat control installed the end of last month. The prices for both are very reasonable compared to other companies we had in for quotes. Ahmad who came to give us a quote did not try to push us to buy what not needed. He gave a straightforward quote: a total price of Viessmann Vitodens 050, a smart controler, a magnetic filter, a limescale reducer, a flue, installation, disposal of the old unit and clean the central heating system. Quick and easy to understand unlike others that itemised everything even the length of copper pipes would be used to make it look expensive!The lead time was excellent too. It was only one week. Raj and Alex came early on the day and finished the installation at the end of the day. They went an extra mile to ensure the job was done properly. We did not have a radiator drain valve, they advised us to go and get one and installed it for us.Within 10 days after the installation, we received the warranty from Viesmann via email.Long story short, very happy with the service!
